I stumbled across The Dad Hoodie by accident while looking for a gift for my brother who is about to become a Dad for the first time this month. It's so hard to find gifts for new Dad's so when I spotted this I thought it was perfect! I couldn't purchase from the site because I live in Ireland but when I contacted the folks at The Dad Hoodie they were so helpful and there was no problem shipping internationally, it was so simple to order & pay and the order arrived so quickly so I was delighted. Hoodies were just as fab as they looked when they arrived and I'm super happy with them and so excited to give to my brother. 100% recommend !

My shipment was late and customer service was very communicative and offered a discount for being so late, which I appreciated. I ended up needing to exchange the hoodie for a larger size, which I was easily able to do. I took a risk with this product as my husband is 6'6" and sleeves are often too short for him. Even though we exchanged for an XL, he still found the sleeves almost too short and the shoulders a bit tight. Overall, it runs small and I was expecting thicker cut of fabric for the price. I expect this will need to be washed on a delicate/hand wash cycle and air dried so it won't shrink or tear at the lining, although I can see him making the mistake of washing it with the rest of his laundry.

Hoodie seems to be well made. Very soft with plenty of pockets. Customer service was absolutely top notch. Ordered for a gift and when it arrived it didn’t fit properly. Emailed about an exchange and was contacted back very quickly and exchange process was fast and efficient.
